Boca Technology Center DRI – City of Boca Raton, Palm Beach County
Managed the Development of Regional Impact (DRI) and land development process at the 200-acre commercial-office project (former IBM facility) for T-Rex Capital, LLC. Managed the construction of an $8.2 million eight-lane roadway expansion.
Huntington DRI – City of Miramar, Broward County
Managed the DRI/platting process, performed contract negotiations and construction management for the 1,325-acre mixed-use project for Rockwood Capital, LLC.
Sawgrass Mills DRI – City of Sunrise, Broward County
Managed the due diligence, planning and DRI process for the 1,200-acre mixed-use project for AmeriFirst Development Corporation.
Obtained a development order for 2,430 units, the 2.2 million square foot Sawgrass Mills’ mall and 5.4 million square feet of commercial and office space. Managed the budget for over $30 million in infrastructure construction.
Weston Park of Commerce – City of Weston, Broward County
Managed the DRI process, project management, planning and platting for the 426-acre office/industrial park for Equitable Life Assurance Society/Lend Lease.
