Coordination and reporting

Prior to start of construction, public utilities need to be provided with the plat and engineering plans so that they can design their facilities.  This effort needs to be timely so that they are prepared to install their facilities without delaying vertical construction.

Bidding services include:

  • assembling and reviewing bid documents
  • preparing a list of potential bidders acceptable to the owner
  • sending out bid requests and compiling bid results
  • reviewing bids with owner for selection and award
  • negotiating final contract terms
  • coordinating the execution of the construction contracts with the successful bidder

Construction administration services include:

  • submitting monthly progress reports to the owner
  • reviewing monthly payment and change order requests
  • acting as owner’s representative during construction of site improvements
  • coordinating the timing of the amenities
